Clarity Session - £120

A focused 90-minute session to understand what’s driving overwhelm and identify clear next steps.

You leave with:

  • clarity on what’s getting stuck

  • practical direction forward

  • a tailored support plan.

  • recommended next steps and areas of focus.

You receive a concise written summary highlighting following the session.

Where relevant, existing reports — such as educational psychology assessments — can also be incorporated to ensure coaching builds on prior understanding and support.

Six 60-minute sessions focusing on executive function, study systems, and emotional regulation under pressure.

These sessions focus on a specific skill that supports their goals; for example, revision techniques, exam anxiety, or planning and organisation.

We also recommend short 15–20 minute check-in sessions during the week. These give the chance to apply strategies in real time, troubleshoot what isn’t working, and stay on track. These regular check-ins build accountability, which is key to forming lasting habits.
